§  Students will exhibit a clear understanding of various provisions, sections, conditions, guidelines used in the subject.

§  Students will be able to exhibit procedural knowledge in applying legislations and welfare measures.

§  Students will be able to analyze and evaluate legislative provisions and welfare measures administered under different acts and offer suggestions for strengthening tripartite relationship.
